Sonnet number 2

Here we are alone in silence
After all that has been done.
Flames of love are far behind us.
Empty words, what have we done?
Years go by and time is flying.
Things remain, but not the same
With regrets and sad denials
And excuses that are lame.
It is plain and simple torture
To pretend that things are right.
We are not each other's fortunes,
And we have to do what's right.
Tears and cries will go no further.
It is time to let past go.
Each his own soul and person,
Not together, we must go.

Ты ушел в пустоту не оставив следов,
По которым смогла бы я найти тебя вновь..
Ты сказал что тебе одному будет лучше
И что может тебя кто-то вновь будет слушать
Ты не смог утерятся в объятьях моих
И решил, что тебе будет лучше без них
Но поверь мне родной все не лучше
А хуже ведь холод ночной
Нас с тобою задушит, но быть может ты
Счастье нашел у другой, но душою
И сердцем ты попрежнему мой..
